The PF5113 is NXP’s multi-channel PMIC device designed to be used for automotive ADAS radar application and industrial application.

Integrated voltage monitoring circuits ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standard and functional safety ASIL B level. The PF5113 is also available as a standard nonsafety device for applications that don’t require the ISO26262 compliance.

The PF5113 is suitable for NXP radar system solution including S32R41 and TEF82xx.

Programmability

Supplies, sequencing and specific functions can be programmed by one time programmable (OTP) memory
During development phase, customized OTP part can be programmed using the evaluation board
Custom OTP can be provided for production. Please contact your NXP sales channel (NXP or your distributor)
Custom OTP can be created using the GUI tool
