In 2024, NXP saw a decline in global online training participation, specifically during our transition from one learning-management system to another. Online learning remains an important resource for team members to build skills and capabilities when it is most convenient.

Over the last two years, we have invested in providing more availability and therefore have seen significant interest by team members in the advantages of this resource.
